Our Father’s plan will happen. We need to think about our lives and how close we are to God and Christ. This sermon examines stories in the bible where individuals made wrong decisions. Is it our decision to stay close to God through bible study, prayer, fasting and meditation? We need to give diligence to be close to God in these end times.

This sermon covers scriptures that focus on self-examination. Trials are character building. We need to be close to God for Satan to flee from us. Are we cramming to be right with God at Passover, or are we keeping right with God all along and being ready.

We have a special calling to make a difference. We must be faithful to God, and be prepared to do whatever it takes to keep His laws and finish His work. Meditate on possible “fiery furnaces” that we might face and how we will handle them. Time is short, and NOW we must prove ourselves worthy to stand before Christ as His bride. There are no excuses. Closeness to God is essential.
