Porous ceasefire extended for 45-days after third round of Israel-Lebanon talks

The United States on Friday announced a 45-day extension of a porous ceasefire between Israel and Hezbollah in Lebanon, even as the Iran-backed terror group continued to clash with IDF soldiers and launch missiles and drones into Israeli territory.

The announcement came after Israel and Lebanon wrapped up a third round of negotiations in Washington, which was described by State Department spokesperson Tommy Pigott as “highly productive,” adding that the truce extension will “enable further progress.”

The overwhelming majority of the German public is dissatisfied with the performance of Chancellor Friedrich Merz’s coalition government on immigration.

A survey from INSA on behalf of Berlin’s BILD newspaper this week found that 78 per cent of voters do not think that the government has sufficiently addressed the immigration issue. This June, Tennessee is saying goodbye to LGBT pride month and hello to “Nuclear Family Month.”

On April 9, Gov. Bill Lee signed a joint resolution enacted by the Tennessee Legislature designating June 2026 “Nuclear Family Month” – a counter to pride month when individuals, companies, governments and celebrities often proclaim themselves “allies” of LGBT pride and family redefinition.

Progressive ‘Pastor’ Insists That The Bible Needs A ‘Third Testament’?

Do we need a “third testament” to add to or replace the Old and New Testaments that make up our Bibles? Well, according to a pastor at a United Church of Christ in California (who also serves as “Presiding Bishop of The Fellowship of Affirming Ministries” and is “married” to her lesbian partner), we do, because the Bible is “problematic.”

It’s no surprise that a female “pastor” who apparently identifies as a “womanist,” teaches liberation theology, and accepts homosexuality is going to have some issues with Scripture!
