The Challenge Of Aging – Revisited

We all look forward to the time we receive immortality in God’s kingdom. The society of the world tomorrow will respect its elderly. In the meantime we must rejoice that we have lived so long and have come know God and His truths. We choose with God’s spirit not to make the same mistakes of the past and bring forth the fruit of wisdom in our old age.

- Do I have a strict observance of promises made at baptism?
- Do I have a strict observance of duties made at baptism?
- Am I loyal to God more now than at baptism?
- Do I adhere to Gods rules?
- Am I truly faithful to God?
Don’t Let The Old Man In

This is a call to ACTION! Is the “old man” in each of us comfortably installed? Just because we have God’s spirit does not mean we do not need to continually to grow spiritually. We all need to be seeking the kingdom of God. We need to ask ourselves how much we can gain on a spiritual level to be an active, alive, happy, strong and capable member of God’s church.
