Great Miracles Bring Great Persecution – Revisited

Mr. John Durrad        05-04-2024 (from 04-30-2016)

Miracles are used by God for a specific purpose in His work. Miracles open up the church to persecution. Miracles in the church will be a sign to profit those who lack faith and do not believe that the CGF is God’s true church. In the meantime our job is to build the character of God to be worthy to escape what is to come, and stand before God when Christ returns.

Stay Close To God

Mr. Gerry Ardis   05-28-2016

We all have trials to help build Godly character. We can learn much from the bible’s accounts of the actions of the Israelite nations. Various stories from the bible on how God helped Israel through trials and tribulations is reviewed. We can see through the bible how Israel was rewarded by God for obedience. Let us be obedient and pray to be found worthy to escape future trials and tribulations.

Having A Clear Pentecost Vision

Mr. Gerry Ardis     05-14-2016

All of us are under a test to be worthy for the Kingdom of God. The bible stories of Abraham, Isaac, Jacob, Joseph, Elijah etc. show that they also endured trials and tests. We must remember that there are more on God’s side fighting for us than those on Satan’s side. We must try not to become discouraged. Just like God “knew” the patriarchs and prophets of old in the bible, He also “knows” us. Are we a “friend” to God?

Quality Or Quantity

Mr. John Durrad      05-07-2016

At this time there are over 300 splits and splinters from the World Wide Church of God – quantity. However God has always worked through one man leading the work of His church. God wants no divisions in His church. Many of the churches have quantity but do they have quality? God is currently building quality in His true church at this time and quality is never by accident. It is a product of God’s mind in ours. Aim for quality over quantity!
