We are here to learn how to be kings and priests in the world tomorrow. We will be teachers to those not called now. We need to learn now how to be leaders as well. Humility is a major character needed to build the church of God and the opportunity to teach.

A Formula For Repentance

Many of our trials are caused by ourselves.  2 Cor 7:11 shows us that we cannot continue to go to God over the same sin(s). Godly sorrow works repentance to salvation. A seven point formula for effective repentance is discussed. These seven points are: 1. Diligence about our calling and not being casual about sin, 2. Seeking after a good name/reputation, 3. Righteous anger to hate sin. 4. Having a proper fear and respect for God, 5. Have an intense desire to overcome on a daily basis, 6. Have zeal for the work of God, and 7. Recognise and correct what wrong personal actions and attitudes exist.
