For example, the federal government paid more than $8 million to Politico last year alone for the outlet\u2019s Politico Pro service.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cGSA team, please do two things,\u201d the email, which was first obtained by Axios, reads. \u201cPull all contracts for Politico, BBC, E&amp;E (Politico sub) and Bloomberg.
