According to an internal department intelligence memo obtained by the New York Post, their reach has expanded to Virginia, Montana, Wyoming, and Washington D.C. The gang already had a presence in California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Louisiana, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, and Wisconsin.<\/p>\n
