Biden\u2019s speech was supposed to be his valedictory address, his explanation for why he was leaving the race. It was supposed to be similar to Ronald Reagan\u2019s farewell address in which he talked about a shining city on a hill.<\/p>\n
The only problem is that Biden is no longer capable of speaking, and he wasn\u2019t willing to admit that he\u2019s no longer capable of speaking or thinking because he wants to remain president through January.<\/p>\n
