Former Hamas chief Khaled Meshaal called for \u201cprotests\u201d aka Jihad , saying,<\/p>\n
\u201cWe must head to the squares and streets of the Arab and Islamic world on Friday. To all scholars who teach jihad\u2026 to all who teach and learn, this is a moment for the application (of theories),\u201d Meshaal said.<\/p>\n
