\nAccording to National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), there is around a five percent chance that the sunspot will release an\u00a0X-class flare<\/a>. If it does, the flare may trigger a powerful geomagnetic storm in the Earth\u2019s atmosphere, possibly resulting in\u00a0damage to infrastructure<\/a>\u00a0and electromagnetic communication systems.<\/em><\/p>\n
