Iran Announces $25 Billion Nuclear Plant Deal with Russia

Iranian state media on Friday announced the regime in Tehran has signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Russia’s state nuclear corporation, Rosatom, to build four nuclear power plants in Iran.

The deal is valued at roughly $25 billion.

Russia’s state-run Tass news agency said on Friday that the four nuclear power plants will all be part of one facility, the Hormoz Nuclear Power Plant in the southern Iranian province of Hormozgan.

Three Men Arrested After Texas Baseball Coach Shot During 20-Minute Gunfire Barrage

The Waller County, Texas, Sheriff’s Office arrested three men who allegedly shot a baseball coach during a pregame prayer, according to witnesses. The coach was shot during a barrage of gunfire from a nearby field shortly before the start of a little league baseball game at a park located northwest of Houston.

Houston Warriors founder Andy Baize told KHOU that the coach was saying a pregame prayer when he was struck by gunfire coming from a nearby field, KHOU CBS 11 reported. Witnesses say the gunfire came from three men who were allegedly “target practicing” from 700 yards away. There does not appear to be any gun range or protective burms located on the property adjacent to The Rac baseball park.

Florida Congressman Introduces Bill To Ban Sharia Law: ‘We Are Not Going To Become A Muslim Nation.’

Florida Congressman Randy Fine and Texas Rep. Keith Self on Friday introduced legislation that would ensure that Sharia law cannot be implemented anywhere in the United States.

The “No Shari’a Act” would prohibit the application of Sharia “where such application would violate constitutional rights,” according to a copy of the legislation shared with The Daily Wire. Both Fine and Self said that the measure was intended to protect Western culture and ensure that the United States would not be taken over by Islamic radicals.

Russian Jets Enter Estonia’s Airspace In Latest Test For NATO

Three Russian military jets violated NATO member Estonia’s airspace for 12 minutes on Friday in an “unprecedentedly brazen” incursion, its government said, the latest in a series of recent military actions by Russia that have rattled the alliance.

With tensions already high because of the war in Ukraine, the incursion came just over a week after more than 20 Russian drones entered Polish airspace on the night of Sept. 9-10. That prompted NATO jets to down some of them and Western officials to say Russia was testing the alliance’s readiness and resolve.

Woman who allegedly posted videos of herself torturing her 7-year-old son on Instagram was ‘paranoid’ about demons

An Ohio woman from Brunswick who allegedly committed horrific acts of abuse against her 7-year-old son could be seen smiling in a news video of her arrest.

Police began a multi-state search for 32-year-old Tiarika Baymon after receiving a call from the Federal Bureau of Investigation that the child was missing and possibly in danger, according to Brunswick Police Department Lt. Chris Spencer.
