The Evangelical Fellowship of Canada (EFC) is urging the nation’s minister of finance to reject a recommendation by a House of Commons committee that would remove the charitable status of religious organizations under Canada’s tax laws.

After holding pre-budget consultations with a number of groups in advance of Canada’s 2025 budget, the Standing Committee on Finance in December presented 462 recommendations for the government to implement. Item 430 recommends that the government “Amend the Income Tax Act to provide a definition of a charity which would remove the privileged status of ‘advancement of religion’ as a charitable purpose.”

A federal court recently dismissed a lawsuit filed by Christian parents against the state of Indiana. The lawsuit claimed “teachers violate religious freedom law when they promote ‘the atheist religion’ by teaching students about evolution.” The court “allowed the science education standards to remain in place,” claiming that “evolution is not a religious concept.” But were they right?

While Americans were focused on the weaponization of federal law enforcement and the justice system, the Biden administration was also quietly but ruthlessly weaponizing the U.S. Department of Education against Christian institutions as well. Those are the findings of a shocking new report by the pro-family group American Principles Project.

The numbers are shocking but hard to deny. According to new data obtained by APP, almost 70 percent of the Biden education bureaucracy’s “enforcement actions” targeted faith-based and career schools. For perspective, those categories represent less than 10 percent of students across the country.

The terrorist attack by an American citizen turned Islamic State ambassador in New Orleans on New Year’s Day, which killed 14 and left 35 seriously injured, was about as predictable as an unfulfilled New Year’s resolution.

Problem is: New Year’s resolutions usually involve a nation without the self-discipline to lose weight. What happened in New Orleans involved those who possess outstanding self-discipline.

During its four years in office, the Biden-Harris administration conducted a whole-of-government attempt to surveil, censor, and possibly imprison conservative Christians — and the FBI acted as “a witting participant” in their harassment campaign, a massive new government report details.

The Democratic administration’s attempt to harass “pro-life, pro-family” citizens takes up a significant part of the 17,019-page report, which the House Select Subcommittee on the Weaponization of the Federal Government released on December 20. The efforts included painting concerned parents and “radical-traditionalist Catholics” as incipient domestic terrorists.

Was the miracle of Jesus feeding the 5,000 with just five loaves and two fish a little less than miraculous? Well, that’s what a group of scientists are claiming in a recent paper published in a scientific journal. Instead of a supernatural provision by the Lord, they claim the feeding of the 5,000 and the 4,000, along with the miraculous catch of fish, “were merely coincidental events.”

In the age of technology, we have been conditioned to accept that surveillance is an ordinary (and supposedly necessary) part of everyday life.  Undoubtedly, surveillance has contributed to a feeling of safety, particularly in larger cities where the police presence is inadequate to deal with every threat.  Therefore, whether you agree with the principle or not, many people are happy to trade personal privacy for personal safety.  Despite individual views on the subject, what is largely beyond doubt is the role that surveillance will play during the Tribulation Period, particularly in the hands of the Antichrist and his global governance structure.  As the Antichrist will have little time to build any new surveillance apparatus, my interest is in examining existing surveillance capabilities which are likely to form part of the Antichrist’s overall toolkit.

The devil-branded anti-Christian group is not, however, the only game in town when it comes to normalizing and ritualizing the wholesale slaughter of the innocent.
