Tariffs Overturned: What Happens To The $200 Billion Already Collected?

The Supreme Court delivered a long-awaited decision on Friday, striking down President Trump’s sweeping International Emergency Economic Powers Act (IEEPA) tariffs. But while the court ruled on the legality of the tariffs themselves, it did not address whether the United States must refund more than $200 billion in revenue already collected.

“The court’s decision is likely to generate other serious practical consequences in the near term. One issue will be refunds,” dissenting Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh wrote. “Refunds of billions of dollars would have significant consequences for the U.S. Treasury.”

U.S. Surges Largest Mideast Airpower Since ’03 as Iran Strike Could Come ‘Within Days’ — Israel on Highest Alert

The United States has assembled the largest concentration of airpower in the Middle East since the 2003 Iraq invasion — deploying two aircraft carriers, advanced stealth fighters, refueling tankers, and layered missile defenses into theater — as multiple U.S. and Israeli reports warn President Donald Trump could authorize strikes on Iran “as soon as Saturday,” with talks described by American officials as “very far apart” and even a “near nothing-burger.”

Starmer’s Labour Government Blocking U.S. From Launching Possible Iran Strikes From American Bases on British Soil: Report

The left-wing Labour government of Sir Keir Starmer is blocking President Donald Trump from using the United States Air Force’s bomber base in England to launch potential pre-emptive strikes against the Iranian regime because human rights lawyer-dominated Westminster is concerned about international law, a report states.

Britain is once again to prevent the United States from launching pre-emptive strikes against Iran from American airbases on British soil, as it did last summer, by withholding permission to use RAF Fairford. A Royal Air Force base in name only, the facility is the USAF’s “only bomber Forward Operating Location” in Europe, and can handle the largest, most heavily-laden aircraft in the world.

Leftists Go Jew-Hunting in Britain

When President Donald Trump’s lawyer, Robert Garson, floated the idea of asylum for Britain’s Jews last month, saying “the UK is no longer a safe place for Jews,” a natural response was to focus on the likelihood of more terrorist attacks against Jews by radical Muslims. This concern is warranted, as we were reminded last week after the conviction of two men for plotting to murder hundreds of Jews in an Islamic State-inspired attack in Manchester. Sky News contributor Sophie Elsworth, in a segment on the convictions, echoed Garson’s words, saying that the rise of antisemitism in the UK is “incredibly frightening.”

Normalizing Sin And Removing Responsibility: Scientific Studies Attempt To Prove That People Are Born Gay

Recent scientific studies claim that some people are born gay. Could this be?

Many Christian parents have asked me this question. They are struggling with a child who has recently “come out” and are trying to grapple with this new reality. These parents have lovingly taught their children the Bible, taken them to church all their young lives, and can’t understand how their children could possibly choose this sinful sexual behavior. They think biology may help explain what they are wrestling to explain any other way. So can it? And if biology can explain it, is homosexual behavior still sinful if God made them that way?
