You can sleep completely naked right outside of an art gallery, and if the gallery owner sprays you with a hose to get you to move, he’s the one who gets arrested — as happened recently. The district attorney will issue statements about how “unhoused folks” have the right to sleep wherever they want, wearing — or not wearing — whatever clothes they want.
