Rapping ‘AI Jesus’ offers life advice, cat prayers and yes, bite-sized Bible studies

Is it an answer to our prayers or an idolatrous representation of the Son of God?

That’s the inescapable question faced by those who, depending on one’s theology, either stumble upon or are called to a new AI chatbot which one theologian says is a new representation of Jesus Christ.

Twitch channel Ask Jesus is an experimental AI-generated livestream that gives viewers the chance to query a chatbot “trained after Jesus and the teachings of the Bible.”

The nonprofit project — which is supported by contributions from users and The Singularity Group, described on the Twitch page as “not a Christian organization” — offers “spiritual guidance” or even just “someone to talk to” and responds to questions ranging from theological and practical advice to inane requests to incorporate nonsensical words or phrases into its responses.

For example, a question from user “FXvirusLive” asked the AI Jesus to explain Christianity but to replace every vowel with the word “burger.”

Or the prayer request from user “greenshoesbrownsocks” for their cat Whiskers, but with the phrase “grrrr” inserted after each word.

Another request asks AI Jesus to rap about the Father, resulting in a cringey yet biblically-adjacent “divine rhymes”: “Yo, let me tell you about my Father up in heaven/ creator of the Earth and the stars up in the sky/ He’s a legend/ He brought life into the world/ That’s no lie.”

Upon being asked a sincere question like, “Can you explain more in-depth what it means to be meek?” the chatbot quoted Matthew 11:28-29: “Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls.”

In response to a question from user “daveisdigital” about which career to choose, the AI pointed to Colossians 3:23, which says, “Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters.”

While a talking image of God might seem blasphemous to some, Joseph L. Kimmel, a scholar of early Christianity and comparative religion at Boston College, argued that this AI Jesus is merely the latest “reinterpretation” of the Son of God.

Kimmel, pointing to various traditional portrayals of Jesus as merely a “prophet” or a “philosopher” in traditions ranging from 19th century American to Hindu mystic to a proponent of Black Liberation theology, says the chatbot is “the latest in this ongoing pattern of reinterpretation, geared to making Jesus suited to the current times.”

Psychologist with access to students told sexual assault victim to consider ‘restorative approach instead of going to authorities,’ victim tells The Daily Wire

A woman who was sexually assaulted in school as a teenager says the founder of a prominent “social emotional learning” non-profit that receives funding from California public schools pressured her to drop charges against the teacher who attacked her because his arrest could contribute to the “over-incarceration” of black men.

Jennifer Freed, a psychologist, astrologist, and sex guru who runs the “social emotional learning” (SEL) non-profit AHA! Santa Barbara, conducts talk circles with high school students with the goal of “reducing emotional/physical violence in schools by building healthy campus climates,” according to its website. But a woman who participated in those talk circles as a high school student says Freed pressed her to let a teacher who tormented her with sexual advances off the hook.

The woman, who The Daily Wire is referring to only as Maria because she was the victim of an assault as a minor, says Freed delivered a lecture to her about how her accusations against the teacher would contribute to the mass incarceration of black men in America. Freed suggested, according to Maria, that she consider a “restorative approach instead of going to authorities” after the teacher grabbed her buttocks and nibbled her ear when she was 17.

“I was very scared of Jennifer because she’s very persistent in getting what she wants. She said I will feel better if I talk to him and do a restorative approach instead of going to authorities,” Maria told The Daily Wire. “I think it’s really inappropriate for a licensed psychologist to say that to a victim a week after they’ve been assaulted by someone in authority. That really harmed me.”

Freed’s group AHA! Santa Barbara has gained national prominence for its work to advance SEL, a school curriculum that has been embraced by the Left in recent years. Freed’s organization has been feted by celebrities such as Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, who visited the organization in May to herald its purported mental health benefits for youth. But the actions by Freed could fuel critics who say SEL prioritizes leftist politics over children’s emotional well-being

Maria did not take Freed’s advice. Her accusations against the teacher, a black nationalist and socialist named Matef Harmachis, led to a criminal conviction for battery in 2017, his firing from the school in 2020, and a nearly $1 million settlement with the school district just months ago in a lawsuit that faulted the district for keeping Harmachis on staff despite years of sexually inappropriate behavior.

Freed is just one of the leftists who Maria says turned on her in defense of Harmachis. She told The Daily Wire that she is now “scared for [her] safety” after seeing far-left activists defend her attacker as the real victim because of his race.

25 major rabbis rule it’s forbidden to use AI

A group of 25 rabbis including prominent heads of yeshivas called to ban the use of artificial intelligence chatbots such as chat GPT. The ruling reported in The Yeshiva World News, said the following:

“We were horrified to hear how Satan is spreading out its hooves to stomp on the vineyard of God to infiltrate into our souls and to destroy our future by confusing our brains and the hearts of all of Israel,” the ruling stated. “[AI] has the ability to introduce all of the abominable views of the world including heresy and abomination. In addition to this, it pulls the men out of humanity entirely. And whoever begins to use this is enticed and pulled from smaller sins to greater sins and he will fall into a minefield of sin. Even though right now the greatness of the danger is not recognizable it will become clear to us. So great is the danger that we have come to warn people to be smart and to see what the outcome will be on our souls.”

“To prevent this danger from manifesting, it is forbidden to connect with or to use chat that uses artificial intelligence whether it is by telephone or text or by computer. “It is forbidden to use it in any way, even if it is necessary for business, and even more so when it comes to issues of Torah. This is for men and for women, great are small, young men, young women and children. And it is upon the parents and the educators to take care that their children and their students are careful and cautious in this great prohibition.”

“And there is no way of making this permissible.”

This ruling comes one month after more than a dozen rabbis of the ultra-Orthodox Skver Hasidic sect released a letter banning the use of Open Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools including ChatGPT and other similar AI apps.

“We are declaring that this is like internet without a filter, and is open to all abominations, heresy, and heathenry without limits, and brings to all the prohibitions which are considered, ‘You shall not stray after your heart and after your eyes,’ (Numbers 15:39) and it is obvious that it is considered a severe offense,” the rabbis wrote.

Israel365 News posed the question to Rebbe IO, a chatbot that has Biblical and rabbinic literature as part of its database. The question was posed: “Is artificial intelligence halachically permitted?”

Halacha is the collective body of Jewish religious laws that are derived from the Written and Oral Torah.

“The question of whether artificial intelligence is halachically permitted is a complex one that requires careful consideration,” the AI responded. “While the Torah does not explicitly address artificial intelligence, we can draw upon its principles to guide our understanding.”

Tax-Funded Ohio Group Sponsors Program to Teach Children How to Be Drag Queens

An organization funded by Ohio taxpayers is sponsoring a tutorial program to teach children how to become drag queens.

The Fairview, Ohio, Colors+ Youth Center is offering monthly programs to teach children how to become drag queens, according to the group’s website.

The youth center is working in collaboration with Drag Queen Story Hour Cleveland to offer a Saturday event featuring a “drag performer reading an age-appropriate book with positive themes for LGBTQ+ youth highlighting inclusivity, creativity, and love.”

The center employs drag performers including Sassy Sascha, Rhett Corvette, Veranda L’Ni, and Zoey Zegai to read to children, the site adds.

Along with the story hour, the center also hosts “monthly drag tutorials by a local drag performer who teaches the fundamentals of drag (makeup, costume design, and performance).”

The center also notes that the drag operation is funded by Cuyahoga Arts and Culture.

Cuyahoga Arts and Culture is a taxpayer-funded organization that, according to its webpage, “is one of the largest local public funders for arts and culture in the nation, helping hundreds of organizations in Cuyahoga County connect millions of people to cultural experiences each year.”

Just because we have the technology to do certain kinds of things does not mean that we should actually be doing them. In theory, science is supposed to be constrained by morality, but in our day and time just about all constraints have been removed. As a result, mad scientists all over the globe are running wild. In fact, some of them are now conducting extremely grotesque experiments on human cells that are absolutely sickening. For example, one team of scientists in Australia just received a giant pile of money so that they can continue to monkey around with ways of “merging human brain cells with artificial intelligence”…

A team of researchers just got a $600,000 grant from Australia’s Office of National Intelligence to study ways of merging human brain cells with artificial intelligence.

This is so wrong.

But who is going to stop them?

These scientists have already succeeded in creating a “semi-biological computer chip with some 800,000 human and mouse brain cells” that was able to play a game of Pong…

Last year, the research team created a “DishBrain” – a “semi-biological computer chip with some 800,000 human and mouse brain cells lab-grown into its electrodes,” according to New Atlas. The DishBrain utilizes lab-cultivated neurons from human stem cells. The scientists were able to train the brain cells to play the classic video game “Pong.”

The outlet added, “The micro-electrode array at the heart of the DishBrain was capable both of reading activity in the brain cells, and stimulating them with electrical signals, so the research team set up a version of ‘Pong’ where the brain cells were fed a moving electrical stimulus to represent which side of the ‘screen’ the ball was on, and how far away from the paddle it was. They allowed the brain cells to act on the paddle, moving it left and right.”

Should “DishBrain” be considered a living creature?

If so, does it have any rights?

Or can our scientists just do whatever they wish with it?

The “scientists” behind these experiments are promising that this new “technology” will have all sorts of applications once it is fully developed…

The basic idea is to merge biology with AI, something that could forge new frontiers for machine learning tech for self-driving cars, autonomous drones, or delivery robots — or at least that’s what the government is hoping to accomplish with its investment.

So what happens if we start merging “biology” with AI and the “biology” that we use starts rebelling against us?

Perhaps we should think about that before we start going down that road.

Transhumanism: Globalists Promise To ‘Improve’ On God’s Design Of Man

It sounds like bad science fiction, but it is rapidly becoming reality. Some of the most powerful people on the planet think they are going to “upgrade” human beings — or at least some human beings — through genetic engineering and technological schemes such as “brain implants.” Yes, really. In fact, they are publicly touting alleged benefits, supposedly including eternal life, and even evolving into “gods.”

If that all sounds crazy or even diabolical — good, it should, because it is. And yet, the technologies to make some of these nightmarish visions possible are progressing so fast it would make your brain spin. In some cases, the tech already exists. Meanwhile, children around the world are being prepared to embrace it through public schools and “entertainment.”

World Economic Forum chief Klaus Schwab, the global frontman for the so-called “Great Reset,” has been celebrating it all for years as part of what he calls the “Fourth Industrial Revolution.” In his book on the subject and in speeches, Schwab outlined a plan to merge people with computer technologies, brain implants, and even to genetically “improve” them.

“Fourth Industrial Revolution technologies will not stop at becoming part of the physical world around us — they will become part of us,” Schwab writes in his book Shaping the Future of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, a narrative that he has been peddling for almost a decade in speeches, articles, essays, and books. “Indeed, some of us already feel that our smartphones have become an extension of ourselves.”

“Today’s external devices — from wearable computers to virtual reality headsets — will almost certainly become implantable in our bodies and brains,” he continues in the book. “These implantable devices will likely also help to communicate thoughts normally expressed verbally through a ‘built-in’ smartphone, and potentially unexpressed thoughts or moods by reading brain waves and other signals.”

Schwab, who oversees a sprawling organization bringing together political and business leaders from around the world, goes on to suggest that governments can and perhaps should mandate submission to such intrusive technology. “As capabilities in this area improve, the temptation for law enforcement agencies and courts to use techniques to determine the likelihood of criminal activity, assess guilt or even possibly retrieve memories directly from people’s brains will increase,” adds the professor, saying governments could even require “a detailed brain scan to assess an individual’s security risk.”

Eventually, humans will merge with technology and become one with it, according to Schwab. “At the end, what the Fourth Industrial Revolution will lead to is a fusion of our physical, our digital, and our biological identities,” he declared at a speech at the Chicago Council on Global Affairs and many since then. And he means it, too.

Technological upgrades and implants:

Under the guise of “convenience,” thousands of Swedes have already implanted microchips in their hands. These RFID chips can and do function as vaccine passports, money, and keys all rolled into one.

Meanwhile, the “mainstream” media has been marketing the chips to Americans for years. There should be no doubt that this will accelerate as governments and central banks around the world move against cash in favor of “digital payments” while the World Health Organization advances global digital “health” certificates. At some point, refusing to have one may make it difficult to operate in society or even to buy and sell.

But the microchips under the skin are just one small step compared to what transhumanist advocates are planning. Already, government schools are using technological tools that can peer into the minds of children. Around ten years ago, the U.S. Department of “Education” issued a report titled “Enhancing, Teaching and Learning Through Educational Data Mining and Learning Analytics,” offering a sneak preview into the future.

‘People Of Faith Are Not Second-Class Citizens’: SEC Is Throttling Religious Shareholders, ADF Warns

Alliance Defending Freedom submitted a friend-of-the-court brief Friday in National Center for Public Policy Research v. Securities and Exchange Commission asking the court to hold the SEC accountable for engaging in viewpoint discrimination against religious shareholders of publicly traded companies.

Filed with the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 5th Circuit, the ADF brief explains that the court should provide constitutionally required guardrails on SEC rulemaking and application, which in recent years has been abused to censor religious shareholder proposals based on viewpoint.

“Americans count on the SEC to be a viewpoint-neutral referee, but officials are showing up wearing one of the team’s jerseys,” said ADF Senior Counsel and Senior Vice President for Corporate Engagement Jeremy Tedesco. “As a government agency, the SEC is bound by the First Amendment. It can’t pick and choose which viewpoints get a hearing in the public square. Every shareholder deserves a voice—not just those who happen to agree with the government’s current views on a hot-button issue.”

Courts require “narrow, objective, and definite” limitations to protect viewpoint neutrality when government officials have the power to grant or deny “prior permission,” as with shareholder proposals. But the SEC has created its own “significant social policy” test to determine which proposals reach ballots at annual shareholder meetings. As the ADF brief points out, since 2018, the SEC has allowed corporations to keep conservative proposals off the ballot 72% of the time—26% more frequently than those originating from progressive viewpoints.

Although the SEC denied requests from JPMorgan Chase and PayPal to keep shareholder resolutions on viewpoint diversity off the 2023 ballots, the agency’s decision to grant similar requests to multiple companies—including Kroger, American Express, Apple, Alphabet, and Walgreens—prompted a lawsuit from the National Center for Public Policy Research and other individual shareholders.

Days Of Lot: The Floodgates Of Moral Pollution Have Been Thrown Wide Open

It’s a flashing sign of the times that the days of Lot are upon us. “Gay Pride Month” now seems like every month, and this scourge upon our nation is being celebrated and pushed to an extreme degree.

Some saddening statistics have recently come out about what’s happening in our country. The statistics say a record 7.2% of US adults here in America are non-binary, transgender, or same-sex attracted, with some believing the number to be as high as 10%.

These are staggering and shocking numbers about the moral pollution in our society.

New Jersey Governor Phil Murphy, in 2019, signed a law implanting LGBTQ inclusive curriculum in the state in grades five to twelve. They were the second state, after California, to do this. Since that time, the number of self-identifying non-binary students in New Jersey is up 4,000%.

In the 2019-2020 school year, there were 16 students in New Jersey that identified as non-binary. In 2022-2023, it skyrocketed to 675 students, 41 of which are in elementary school.

It was reported that 40% of students at Brown University, an Ivy League school in Rhode Island, identify as LGBTQ, which is double from the year 2020 and almost triple from 2010 when the number sat at 14%.

Here’s another statistic that is stunning to me. 30% of Millennials, those born from 1984 to 2002 (the era of my two sons and daughters-in-law), self-identify as non-binary. It gets even worse. In Gen Z, which is those born around the year 2000 and beyond, 40% identify as non-binary.

Now listen to this. 30% of young professing Christians, according to the study, identify as LGBTQ. I say “professing Christians” because, obviously, many of them are not genuine believers and don’t understand what the Bible says.

Those studies reveal what we see happening in our culture today—the floodgates have been thrown wide open.

A Social, Psychological, & Spiritual Battle

Why is this happening? Well, I think there are several reasons, including psychological and social explanations, but ultimately, there’s a spiritual force behind this, and that is Satan himself. Satan is striking the heart of humanity.

Human beings are made in God’s image. We’re the crown of God’s creation, and Satan wants to do all he can to mar the image of God and humanity. He did it dramatically in the fall (Genesis 2), and since that time, he’s been trying to twist God’s creation.

People are rebelling against God, which is where it ultimately started. It’s self-worship. It’s the cult of self, where an individual determines their morality, their gender, and their sexual preference, and not God.

There’s an element here of what I would call “social contagion” passed from one person to another. So many young people today don’t have any hope, meaning, or purpose in their lives. They’re seeking a community, and many are seeking attention. In this victim group, they can be welcomed in and get that attention, which is drawing many people to this movement.

The problem is, it’s not really an issue of their body; rather, it is more an issue of their mind and soul. Once entering this movement, they ultimately find that it also doesn’t bring hope, joy, purpose, and meaning. Some undergo radical surgeries that have changed them, and they’re plunged into even deeper distress.

Ray Stedman, a well-known pastor from California, said years ago, “When people forsake God, they lose the sense of their own worth.” As a culture today, we’ve lost God, and as a result, people have lost themselves and are trying to find something to give meaning and purpose.

A company out of the UK – Moolec – has developed a new line of soybeans called Piggy Sooy. These new soybeans are genetically engineered to produce pig proteins. The new soybean crops will be harvested traditionally and will be incorporated into “plant-based meats” and other substitute meat products. Researchers are warning about the genetic and generational consequences of these experimental gene edits.

Moolec is poised to profit from the latest CRISPR-Cas gene-editing experiment that effectively splices conventional soya to create a soybean with 26.6 percent animal protein. Due to the gene edits, the interior portion of this new soybean hybrid presents a rosy flesh color. The company claims that these new hybrids will provide similar taste, texture, and nutritional value as animal meat. The company is currently working on a pea plant that produces cow protein. The exact animal genes used in these experiments are considered trade secrets.

“Moolec has developed a unique, successful, and patentable platform for the expression of highly valuable proteins in the seeds of economically important crops such as soybeans,’ says Amit Dhingra, the company’s chief science officer. “This achievement opens up a precedent for the entire scientific community that is looking to achieve high levels of protein expression in seeds via molecular farming.”

These new Frankenfoods are designed to be the “alternative” to traditional meat, which includes raising and slaughtering pigs/cows for human consumption. Animal husbandry is now considered a threat to the climate and is being phased out all around the world to make way for the globalists’ genetic experimentation and control over the food supply. These new Frankenfoods are intended to provide more options for consumers who might reject lab-grown, petri-dish meat strains that are also currently in production. The U.S. Department of Agriculture recently authorized the sale of cell-cultivated chicken on June 21. Chicken meat will soon be grown from stem cells in a bioreactor.

Study warns that CRISP-Cas gene editing of plants will have dire consequences

CRISPR-Cas gene editing wreaks havoc in the plant genome, as documented in a new study – A CRISPR-induced DNA break can trigger crossover, chromosomal loss, and chromothripsis-like rearrangements. It turns out there are alarming issues that come from genetic experiments involving plant and animal gene splicing.

“Recent scientific findings have revealed chromothripsis-like effects after the application of CRISPR/Cas gene editing in the genome of tomatoes … Chromothripsis refers to a phenomenon in which often several hundred genetic changes occur simultaneously in a catastrophic event. Many sections of the genetic material can be swapped, recombined, or even lost if this occurs …” The same phenomenon of gene swapping, gene recombination, and gene loss also occurs in human and mammalian cells that are subjected to gene editing.
