In 2015, there was an online viral phenomenon centered around the colour of a dress.  Was it blue and black or was it white and gold?  This unanticipated drama divided households, businesses and, seemingly, the entire planet.  At its peak #TheDress appeared in 11,000 tweets per minute.  However people perceived the colours of the dress, it was impossible to see it differently, despite the exasperation and insistence of those who saw it in the other colours.  I mention this because of the opening ceremony of the Paris Olympics.  Did we witness a mockery of The Last Supper or was it, as claimed, the Feast of Dionysus?  The world is, once again, divided and both sides are standing their ground on what they perceived.  However, this time, we are not simply dealing with the colour of a dress.  We are dealing with demonic deception on a global scale.

A Kentucky student had his diploma temporarily withheld by district officials for going “off script” and celebrating his “Lord and Savior Jesus Christ” as “the light, the way, the truth, and the life” in his graduation speech. Clearly, Jesus Christ is becoming more and more unwelcome in public education.

The government school’s controversial response, which drew national attention to the escalating anti-Christ bigotry that reigns in government schools, was strongly condemned by Christian leaders and free-speech advocates. By contrast, it drew cheers from anti-Christian forces.

As guest host and former Congressman Jody Hice said on Wednesday’s episode of “Washington Watch,” the “abortion activists [are] at it again,” and “they’ve got their sights now set on the state of South Dakota.” What Hice is referring to is the recent push for something called Amendment G, a modification to the state’s constitution that would allow abortion up until birth, while also removing health and safety measures for the women involved. It’s “so outrageous,” Hice noted, that “even Planned Parenthood, to this point at least, has not gotten on board.”

On Sunday, vice presidential nominee and Ohio Senator J.D. Vance (R) joined Margaret Brennan on CBS’s “Face the Nation” for an interview. Predictably, the conversation started with six questions in a row on abortion. While answering those questions, Vance spoke of the contrast between former President Donald Trump’s views on abortion and the view of the Democratic Party. He said, “You have Democrats who have supported abortion right up to the moment of birth — and even beyond the moment — of birth, which is just sick stuff. And I think it’s such a contrast…”

Margaret Brennan cut off Vance saying, “That’s not accurate.”

Of course, she’s wrong.

Dutch attorney Meike Terhorst joined “The Defender In-Depth” this week to discuss the European Union’s (EU) plans for a European Vaccination Card (EVC), the plan’s similarities to the EU’s Digital COVID Certificate, the global push toward digital ID and implications for health and medical freedom.

The EU, which pioneered the development of digital “vaccine passports,” will next month launch a test run of its new EVC in five countries — Belgium, Germany, Greece, Latvia and Portugal.

World Health Organization (W.H.O.) Director-General Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus said on Sunday that he might declare an international health emergency due to the outbreak of monkeypox in the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) and neighboring African countries.

DRC researchers warned in June that a new, faster-spreading, and more dangerous strain of monkeypox was spreading in the war-torn eastern half of the country. The new strain, known as Clade-1b, was originally detected among sex workers near the Rwandan border in September.

Evangelical leaders are selling out to the LGBTQ agenda, and Daily Wire reporter Megan Basham, who just released her new book “Shepherds for Sale: How Evangelical Leaders Traded the Truth for a Leftist Agenda,” has the receipts.

“You have organizations that claim to be ministries that are taking funding from secular, left-wing, gay lobbying groups,” Basham tells Allie Beth Stuckey on “Relatable,” noting that the Arcus Foundation is one of them.

The Foundation was founded in 2000, and it’s the country’s largest LGBTQ grant maker.

A mother and father in Geneva, Switzerland, have been living a nightmare since government authorities removed their daughter from their home in April 2023.

The girl was experiencing gender confusion, and the parents (who are remaining anonymous for safety reasons and to protect their children) declined puberty blockers and demanded that her school not socially transition her. They obtained a private mental health professional to help the girl.

A High Court judge has ruled that Christian math teacher, Joshua Sutcliffe, should continue to be banned from the profession indefinitely for refusing to use the preferred pronouns of a girl identifying as a boy.

In his judgment, Mr Justice Pepperall ruled that no matter what a teacher’s religious or philosophical beliefs they must in relation to transgender pupils use compelled speech and “respect and celebrate the pupils’ personal autonomy.” He added that “just because misgendering a transgender pupil might not be unlawful does not mean that it is appropriate conduct for a teacher.”
