The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) on Wednesday approved the Biden administration’s plan to give the federal government full control of the internet under the guise of preventing “digital discrimination.”

The agency issued a press release confirming it will implement the “first bipartisan broadband access anti-discrimination law.”

“The Federal Communications Commission has adopted final rules to prevent digital discrimination of access to broadband services based on income level, race, ethnicity, color, religion, or national origin. Under the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law, the FCC is required to adopt rules to ensure that all Americans have equal access to reliable, high-speed broadband services without discrimination based on the characteristics listed in the statute,” the agency stated.

“The new rules establish a framework to facilitate equal access to broadband internet services by preventing digital discrimination of access. Under these rules, the FCC can protect consumers by directly addressing companies’ policies and practices if they differentially impact consumers’ access to broadband internet access service or are intended to do so, and by applying these protections to ensure communities see equitable broadband deployment, network upgrades, and maintenance,” the agency continued.

“Under the new rules, the Commission can investigate possible instances of discrimination of broadband access, work with companies to solve problems, facilitate mediation, and, when necessary, penalize companies for violating the rules. The FCC will review consumer complaints of digital discrimination of access through an improved consumer complaint portal and staff will meet monthly to assess trends in complaint patterns. Finally, the Commission adopted model policies and best practices that will support states, local and Tribal governments in their efforts to combat digital discrimination,” the press released added.

When regimes capture power, it’s often not in the dramatic fashion of the storming of the Bastille. Instead, it’s a bureaucratic takeover, hidden in jargon and filled with clichés, for the greater good. The Federal Communications Commission is poised to vote today on a sweeping set of new rules called the “Preventing Digital Discrimination Order.”

The 200-page report recommends implementing an exhaustive array of new restrictions that will alter the internet forever. It springs from section 60506 of the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act 2021. This legislation was meant to infuse some federal dollars into America’s sagging internet infrastructure. Unfortunately, this vote will grant the FCC the power to control nearly every aspect of internet infrastructure in the name of our secular gods of diversity, equity, and inclusion.

The TL;DR of the obtuse rules is the ability to censor, control, and regulate internet service providers based on vague laws around equity. Most disturbing is that it doesn’t have to be “discrimination” as it’s generally understood but rather “disparate outcomes,” meaning all internet infrastructure must produce perfect equity or face the wrath of the United States government.

The agency’s unelected officials will convene to deliberate on regulations to integrate the latest progressive ideals regarding race and identity into the internet landscape. It’s expected to pass 3-2. It will stifle innovation and impede internet access opportunities, all in pursuit of achieving equity.

If approved, this would mark the first time the FCC would gain the authority to oversee various aspects of every ISP’s service termination policies, including customer credit usage, account history, credit checks, and account termination, among other related matters.

A recent study has revealed that the fallout from the depleted uranium explosion in Ukraine reached England with a rise of approximately 600 ng/cubic meter in uranium levels in the air in southeast England due to particles released from the Khmelnitsky explosion.

On May 19th, an article was written about the Khmelnitsky explosion, analyzing gamma radiation data from detectors positioned to the North West of the attack site. The data indicated heightened radiation levels in areas of Poland near the Ukraine border and extending through Germany. The conclusion drawn suggested the possibility that a warehouse, purportedly storing Uranium weapons supplied by the UK, had been impacted. It was hypothesized that the Uranium exploded, generating a substantial fireball, and the resulting particles from the explosion dispersed with the prevailing wind across Europe at the time.

The article sparked significant debate on the internet, with numerous self-proclaimed fact-checkers and “experts” disputing the conclusions. This illustrates the current state of internet discourse. The article was dismissed as a “Russian Fake” (e.g., fakenews.pl).

However, it’s crucial to note that while Uranium emits weak gamma radiation, the daughter element Thorium-234 can contribute to increased gamma signals. Additionally, natural radioactive gas, radon, can elevate gamma signals during rainfall and low-pressure systems. A Polish laboratory attributed the heightened signal to radon, specifically reporting the presence of the radon daughter Bismuth 214, seemingly dismissing the claim of a Uranium cloud over Poland. Nevertheless, it was pointed out that there were no concurrent low-pressure systems that could explain the abrupt increase in gamma signals, leaving the matter unresolved.

Uranium levels in the air across Europe are generally not systematically monitored. Available data on Uranium in the air is derived from the High Volume Air Samplers (HVAS) at the Atomic Weapons Establishment (AWE) in Aldermaston, Berkshire. These samplers were established in the early 1990s following a public inquiry into a child leukemia cluster near the site. Legal obligations mandate AWE to regularly measure Uranium, Plutonium, and Tritium at various locations, both near and far from the weapons factory. This data has been previously used to identify Depleted Uranium from the Iraq wars that had dispersed to England.

In relation to the Khmelnitsky incident, recent Uranium data from AWE was obtained through a Freedom of Information request. The data, presented in an Excel file, was graphically represented using Excel’s functions. Figure 1 illustrates the filter levels for three offsite locations during the period from May 15th to June 15th, coinciding with the explosion. The results confirm an increase in Uranium levels during that timeframe. Data from onsite locations also reflects a similar rise.

Jay Van Rein, a spokesperson for the California Department of Food and Agriculture, revealed that millions of flies harvested at military bases were to be dropped over Los Angeles to sterilize an invasive species of Asian fruit fly.

Challenges observed in the scientific peer-review process mirror those in media. Two journals, namely the International Journal of Environmental Research and Public Health and Conflict and Health, either declined to consider or publish the paper on Uranium increases during the Ukraine war, despite the provision of raw data. The paper was subsequently shared on a preprints site where it gained attention.

Since 1967, non-Muslims have been allowed to visit Al-Aqsa but not pray at the holy site. Yet that status quo is rapidly eroding in recent years as Israeli Jewish settler groups work alongside the government to take control of the compound.

Under Jewish law, the ashes of a red heifer (young female cow) must be scattered across Haram al-Sharif before Jews can ascend it and rebuild the Third Temple. While the hunt for a red heifer has long been considered a fringe initiative touted by Temple Mount activists, new research reveals the Israeli government is now involved in this endeavor.

According to Jerusalem-focused non-profit Ir Amim, the Israeli government authorities helped the temple mount activist group, the Temple Institute, and Boneh Israel, an Evangelical organization, import five cows from the United States last year to be used for the red heifer sacrifice.

The Ministry of Agriculture allegedly assisted in bypassing standard regulations in order to import the live cows from the U.S., which is prohibited. In a press release, Boneh Israel and the Temple Institute claim they received permission to import the cows through the Ministry of Agriculture.

The Ministry of Jerusalem Affairs and Heritage also assisted in the project. The Ministry’s Director General, Netanel Isaac, disclosed in a speech at the cows’ welcome ceremony in September 2022 that the agency has been funding the development of the Mount of Olives area where Temple Mount activists plan to initiate the red heifer ritual sacrifice. Additionally, the ministry is involved in transferring the cows to a visitor center and farm created for the red heifer project at the Tel Shiloh archaeological site in the occupied West Bank. Currently, the cows are being held at a kibbutz (Jewish commune) in the Jordan Valley. One of the cows is reportedly already at the Israeli settlement research center, however.

Ir Amim emphasized that while this project is being spearheaded by the current Israeli leadership, government assistance actually began during the previous government under former Israeli Prime Ministers Yair Lapid and Naftali Bennett, which was deemed more moderate and politically diverse than Benjamin Netanyahu’s present coalition.

Senior Ir Amim Field Researcher, Aviv Tatarsky, explained that only 15 years ago, the idea of Jews praying at Haram al-Sharif was a radical notion promoted by right-wing extremists. Yet now it’s firmly rooted in the Israeli mainstream.

“The change is that nationalistic and fundamentalistic ideologies are dominant in Israeli society,” Tatarsky said. “They have won over Israeli society.”

The Israeli ministries involved and the Temple Institute did not respond to requests for comment. Boneh Israel could not be reached before the deadline.

DANGEROUS IMPLICATIONS

Despite the Israeli government’s vow to keep with the status quo at Al-Aqsa, settlers involved in the red heifer project underscore the aim is Jewish ascension on Haram al-Sharif in order to reconstruct the Third Temple —  implying the destruction of the Dome of the Rock.

While Jewish settlers are increasingly storming Haram al-Sharif, many rabbis today forbid this as ancient Jewish law dictates the red heifer’s ashes are required to purify the area before Jews can ascend. Because of this, most religious Jews don’t even enter the compound, and those who do may only walk on certain parts. With the red heifer ritual, the number of Jews storming Al-Aqsa may then multiply.

“It could lead to maybe hundreds of thousands of Haredis [ultra-Orthodox Jews] or Sephardis [Spanish Jews] who might actually break into the mosque and cause a real religious war,” Dr. Abdallah Marouf, an Islamic history professor at Istanbul 29 Mayis University and ex-media official at Al-Aqsa Mosque, told MintPress News.

A Central Bank Digital Currency is high on the list of authoritarian nightmares that might happen in a second Biden administration.

It turns out there’s another concern about the growing power of the deep state that the corporate media don’t want you to think about. Florida is the most recent state to pass a bill banning the use of a Central Bank Digital Currency (CBDC). Louisiana, Alabama, Texas, and North Dakota are also considering the measure.

Why the concern about a form of digital currency that has yet to be issued?

Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis refers to the idea as a “wolf in wolf’s clothing.” Both DeSantis and insurgent Democratic presidential candidate Robert F. Kennedy Jr. have rightly raised the issue in the presidential campaign and have been smeared by the corporate press for deliberately “misconstruing” the clearly stated intentions of the Biden administration to move toward a federal digital currency. If you weren’t sure whether their worries are justified, the furious nature of the corporate media’s pushback against their criticism of this Democratic wish-list item is an indication that they are probably onto something. The idea has been peddled for years by the World Economic Forum (WEF) crowd.

The CBDC is only in the drawing board stage, but if you’re wondering what Democrats can do to advance their agenda of greater government control of every aspect of American life, as well as to stifle dissent if they win the 2024 election, this should be on your radar.

A D.C.-Controlled Digital Wallet

The threat is clear. Imagine an America in which almost all financial transactions are not only able to be monitored by Washington but administered by it via a government-run digital currency. Such a scheme would put the government’s hands even deeper into our pockets and make Treasury Department bureaucrats the masters of your digital wallets, giving them not just detailed information about your life but power over your ability to exist in the modern marketplace.

That would make it impossible for independent contractors and small businesses to conduct operations “off the books,” increasing government tax revenue. But it would also give the feds the ability to close the bank accounts of those it disfavors for political reasons and prevent them from conducting business of any kind. That’s something already experienced by Brexit promoter Nigel Farage and dissenters in Canada who backed trucker protests against authoritarian Covid rules.

Not only is it a clear indicator that the government is coming for our speech, but “they want it to be more equitable and inclusive.”

“So it’ll have built-in bias,” Glenn warns.

Not only are many people afraid of movies like “The Terminator” or “The Matrix” becoming prophecies with the continued progress of AI — but some have noticed that tech leaders have openly told the world that they “want to summon the demon.”

“That’s what they actually call AI,” Glenn says.

Now that AI has reportedly already taught itself to insider trade and lie about it, Glenn worries it’ll learn much, much, worse tricks.

“Will we teach it that God is a figment of primitive and superstitious imaginations, that there’s no existence — in fact it’s just the random movement of meaningless matter particles?” Glenn asks.

Dogs are most likely to contract the illness by coming into contact with other dogs at places such as dog parks, kennels and groomers

A mysterious respiratory illness has sickened dogs in several U.S. states and left others dead as veterinarians encourage dog owners to exercise caution and limit contact with other dogs.

According to TODAY, the pneumonia-like illness starts as a cough and gradually worsens, with the illness also being resistant to antibiotics.

In addition to coughing, sneezing, discharge from the eyes or nose, trouble breathing and fatigue have also been observed, according to the Oregon Department of Agriculture. Dogs who exhibit symptoms may also test negative for common causes of respiratory illnesses.

Officials said that dogs are most likely to contract the illness by coming into contact with other dogs, with places such as dog parks, kennels and groomers posing a larger risk.

Dog owners who observe any of the above symptoms are advised to take their dog to a vet immediately.

TODAY reports that veterinarians in the following states are confirmed to have observed cases that match the description of strep zoo:

Thursday marked the 85th anniversary of Kristallnacht — the “night of crystal” or “night of broken glass” — and the common refrain amongst those who remembered the atrocities of that day was devastatingly plain: “Anti-semitic violence is not confined to the past.”

On November 9-10, 1938, the Nazi regime unleashed a coordinated series of pogroms against Jewish communities. Despite the clear coordination of their systematic attacks, the Nazis claimed that their actions were the “justifiable and spontaneous responses” after a Polish Jewish teenager named Herschel Grynszpan assassinated German diplomat Ernst Eduard vom Rath in Paris.

Following the assassination, Nazi propaganda minister Joseph Goebbels spoke to a group of party officials. He blamed Grynszpan’s desperate act — undertaken only after his family was expelled from Germany and forced into a refugee camp — on the “World Jewry” and then added, “The Führer has decided that … demonstrations should not be prepared or organized by the Party, but insofar as they erupt spontaneously, they are not to be hampered.”

From the evening of November 9 to the early morning hours of November 10, the Sturmabteilung — Storm Troopers — and members of the Hitler Youth ransacked and destroyed Jewish homes, businesses, and synagogues. Despite their claims that the actions were “spontaneous,” they took great care to avoid any damage to non-Jewish German properties and confiscated all synagogue archives — to be turned over to the Security Service — prior to destroying the buildings.

As the violence spread, 30,000 Jews were arrested for no crime other than being Jewish. More than 7,000 Jewish-owned businesses were destroyed, more than 1,300 synagogues, and even Jewish cemeteries, were vandalized or destroyed. German reports stated that 91 Jews were killed during Kristallnacht, but more recent estimates suggest that the number was much higher — additionally, according to the Holocaust Encyclopedia, police records indicated a spike in the number of rapes and suicides in the days and weeks that followed.

But as the 85th anniversary of that horrible night falls just over one month since Hamas terrorists breached the border into Israel — and then went door-to-door slaughtering entire families and raping women and girls — those who remember the horrible significance of Kristallnacht see it happening again.

While fewer Americans choose to have large families and fertility rates decrease, U.S. population growth mainly relies on immigration.

The Census Bureau predicts that the U.S. population will decline for the first time ever by the year 2100 after peaking in 2080.

Census Bureau estimates released Thursday showed that the U.S. population — which now stands at roughly 333 million — is expected to reach 370 million by 2080, but then drop off to 366 million by 2100. While fewer Americans choose to have large families and fertility rates decrease, U.S. population growth mainly relies on immigration. In each projection other than the “zero-immigration” scenario, immigration is the most significant factor in population numbers in America.

“The U.S. has experienced notable shifts in the components of population change over the last five years,” Census Bureau Demographer Sandra Johnson said. “Some of these, like the increases in mortality caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, are expected to be short-term while others, including the declines in fertility that have persisted for decades, are likely to continue into the future. Incorporating additional years of data on births, deaths and international migration into our projections process resulted in a slower pace of population growth through 2060 than was previously projected.”

The Census Bureau’s projection took the most likely immigration scenario over the next 77 years, but in a “high-immigration scenario,” the bureau said that the U.S. population would reach 435 million by 2100. In a “low-immigration” scenario, the U.S. population drops to 319 million in 2100, significantly lower than what it is today.

The most alarming projection came from the “zero-immigration” scenario, which “projects that population declines would start in 2024 in the complete absence of foreign-born immigration,” the Census Bureau said, adding, “The population in this scenario is projected to be 226 million in 2100, roughly 107 million lower than the 2022 estimate.”

‘Pete Buttigieg doesn’t do his job,’ the bill’s author Rep Marjorie Taylor Greene said

The House approved a measure late Tuesday that would slash Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg’s taxpayer-funded government salary to just $1.

The bill — which was introduced by Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene, R-Ga. — was passed via voice vote Tuesday as an amendment to the 2024 Financial Services and General Government Appropriations Act, the standalone funding bill for the General Services Administration, Securities and Exchange Commission and other related agencies.

“I’m proud to announce my amendment to FIRE Pete Buttigieg just PASSED the House. Pothole Pete staged fake bike rides to the White House and used private planes funded by taxpayers to receive awards for the way certain people have sex,” Greene said in a social media post Tuesday. “American taxpayers should not be on the hook for paying for his lavish trips or his salary.”

“Pete Buttigieg doesn’t do his job. It’s all about fake photo ops and taxpayer-funded private jet trip to accept LGBTQ awards for him,” Greene added. “I’m happy my amendment passed, but he doesn’t deserve a single penny.”

Since taking office in 2021, Buttigieg has faced criticism for Republican lawmakers in response to several crises that have faced the Department of Transportation.

For example, in February, after a train carrying vinyl chloride, a dangerous colorless gas, derailed in East Palestine, Ohio, Buttigieg was criticized for his apparent inaction and for waiting several weeks before traveling to the site of the derailment.

In addition, there have been multiple instances of mass commercial airline cancellations during his tenure for various reasons, including a pilot shortage. Republicans and Democrats alike had called for Buttigieg to take decisive action to ensure air travelers are protected from such cancellations.

And while Buttigieg has spent much of his tenure addressing commercial delays, he has used government-managed private jets on at least 18 occasions since taking office. Those flights sparked an ongoing inspector general probe and, according to information obtained by Americans for Public Trust (APT), have cost taxpayers tens of thousands of dollars.

In one instance in September 2022, Buttigieg used a government jet for a roundtrip journey to Montreal. During the visit, he attended a ceremony hosted by a large Canadian gay rights organization and received an award for his “contributions to the advancement of LGBTQ rights.”

Buttigieg’s office has further stonewalled additional information about his use of the executive fleet.

“Secretary Buttigieg continues to blow off the American people who simply want to know the true cost of his taxpayer-funded private jet trips,” APT Executive Director Caitlin Sutherland told Fox News Digital on Tuesday. “After multiple FOIA requests, a lawsuit, and an ongoing inspector general investigation, Buttigieg’s office still refuses to provide vital details about using a private government jet for a swing state tour, which appears more akin to campaigning than official DOT business.”
