A goal is a dream with a deadline. Christ is discerning us spiritually and we all have a deadline to meet. Christ expects us to progressively put sin out of our lives. What are we going to do individually after the Days of Unleavened Bread?

The Day of the Lord has come and Jesus is now discerning and “checking us out”. Visits by Jesus in Old Testament and New Testament times has been and is His normal way of doing things. There are various phases in the past, present and future that Jesus has and will be involved with to finish God’s work. Will we have a good report on our part in God’s work?

Truth does not vary with God! We need to recognize when truth is presented to us, and also recognize when a lie is put to us. The bible is the source of all truth: past, present and future. Christ came to bring truth to the world. Is what you believe as spiritual truth, following the truth of Christ or of man?

The book of Revelation is prophesy put into a time frame. The history of the seven church eras of God reveals that Satan has been able to deceive God’s people when they lost spiritual discernment. We must know where our Faithful Lamp is working, and follow that Faithful Lamp who is Jesus Christ.
