Many have heard of the Sabbath day but most have not heard of God’s holy days and the fact that that they are in force today. In not knowing about and keeping God’s holy days, the world has no knowledge of the plan of God. It is time for us to up grade our obedience in participating in these holy days as outlined by God in His Word.

We need to use vision and meditate on us as a chosen generation. We need to pray to be worthy to escape all the things to come upon the earth. Times are increasingly urgent. Our goal is to be with Christ in the first resurrection to come.

World conditions are getting worse with serious times ahead. Mankind does not seem able to solve its problems. HWA indicated that there were three world views: 1. Nuclear war, 2. Science will provide a glamorous world, and 3. The World Tomorrow. Man must acquire God’s nature to be happy, and this will be the focus of the World Tomorrow.

We can see the further deterioration in the world on a daily basis and its effects on our food supply, violence in the cities, droughts, floods etc. We are at the Feast to rejoice, worship and pray. We will need to continue to overcome. Let us meditate on what we can do to be true worshipers in spirit and in truth.

Christ’s mission is to fight our battles, however, His protection is conditional. This is demonstrated by the five prerequisites stipulated in this sermon. We need to take advantage of this promise and meet these prerequisites so as to prevent suffering, because Christ who gives us deliverance as our Saviour fights our battles.
These five pre-requisites are:

God is now discerning to judge and sift in the selection process of His special jewels. He is testing those who will be able to stand as Pillars. He will have a special and unique job ideally suited to the individual. As teachers we will: need to know the subject we are to teach, set good examples, use authority properly, communicate well and show outgoing concern and love.

If Christ came back today would you be ready? We cannot be asleep when He comes. We must hold on to the truths we have received from God. He is now showing us what soon is to come to pass.
