Day Of Atonement 2023

Leviticus 23: 23-32 provides instructions on Atonement. A future Millennial Atonement is pictured with Christ, as our High Priest, dealing with the two goats. One depicts Satan’s false religious system being destroyed, and the other Satan himself, being put away for 1000 years. Atonement kicks off the Feast of Tabernacles in which Satan is out of the way.
Enduring Patience – Revisited

Why does God sometimes say no. What would happen if God always said yes? We are required in our walk with God to build spiritual muscles in building the mind of God. Six points on doing this is addressed.
- Keep your eye on the overall goal
- Be persistent in prayer
- Be fervent in prayer
- Seek God’s will in prayer
- Must believe in God and that He keeps His word
- Be obedient to God’s commandments and do things pleasing in His sight.
Feast Of Trumpets 2023

Creation took place six days before the first Feast of Trumpets on God’s calendar. Significant things will happen on a future Trumpets: the 1335 days will begin, the sounding of the first of seven trumpets, and the one year of the Lord’s wrath will begin.

26 years ago the first sermon of the CGF was given by Mr. Robert Ardis. It was entitled Recipients of Truth. This sermon addresses truths that the CGF has to bring them to our remembrance. We must continue to put God first in our lives as we wait patiently for His return.

We must do our part to be wise, keep in the forefront of our minds the truths we have been given, and studying to show ourselves approved God’s way.
Getting Closer To God

God reveals His secrets to His prophets and we often read familiar scriptures. It is wise to meditate on these scriptures using the Holy Spirit and then examine ourselves by them. We must optimize our time while there is time to do so.
Love In Righteousness – Revisited

Love is of God and He loved us first! We need to develop the same love of God which is in Christ. In order to do this we need wisdom first in order to give the proper kind of love.
Love Thy Neighbour – Revisited

We must love our neighbor, but just how do we do this as God commands us to do? We must realize that we cannot truly love our neighbor without God’s help. Membership in God’s family is available for everyone. God puts Himself in the place of our neighbor in Matthew 25:37. Therefore we need to be careful in how we treat others. Our aim should be to treat others as we would like to be treated.
